The Philippines 25,000 laying hen cage raising project is designed as a modern, high-efficiency poultry farming solution that integrates advanced automation, intelligent environmental control, and scientific farm management. Modern Poultry House Structure
The project adopts a high-standard fully enclosed automatic environmental control poultry house design. A total of 5 poultry houses are planned, with each house accommodating approximately 50,000 laying hens.
The poultry houses are constructed with lightweight steel structures featuring high-strength typhoon-resistant designs, which are especially suitable for the climate conditions in the Philippines. The enclosed structure helps maintain biosecurity standards and provides better protection against external environmental influences.

Advanced Cage System
The core equipment of the project is the multi-tier “H” type layer cage system. The farm uses 4-tier or 5-tier stacked cage equipment, allowing a higher stocking density and maximizing land utilization.
All cages are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life, even in humid tropical environments.

Fully Automated Farming System
To improve operational efficiency and reduce labor requirements, the project is equipped with advanced automation systems, including:

Automatic Feeding System
The project uses trolley-type or chain feeding systems to ensure uniform feed distribution and reduce manual labor.

Automatic Drinking System
A nipple drinking system provides clean and continuous water supply for the hens, improving hygiene and reducing water waste.
Automatic Manure Removal System
The manure conveyor belt system automatically removes chicken manure from the poultry houses. Combined with a manure drying system, the dried manure can be sold as organic fertilizer, creating additional economic value.

Automatic Egg Collection System
Egg conveyor belts automatically transport eggs to the egg collection center, reducing egg breakage and minimizing human contact to maintain egg quality and hygiene.

Intelligent Environmental Control System
To ensure optimal living conditions for the laying hens, the project is equipped with a modern environmental control system.

Cooling Pad and Exhaust Fan System
The poultry houses use a longitudinal ventilation cooling system that combines cooling pads and exhaust fans to effectively reduce indoor temperatures during hot weather.

Automatic Environmental Controller
An intelligent environmental control system continuously monitors temperature, humidity, and ammonia concentration inside the poultry house. The system automatically adjusts the operation of fans and cooling pads to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for the hens.
